Aromatic vinegar
Instructions
The bottle containing vinegar put a sprig of herbs clean and dry.
Allow to marinate 5-15 days depending on the intensity of flavor desired, then filter the vinegar.
Suggestions: salads with fruit: cinnamon, cloves, lemon zest, mustard beans; salads: Mint and tarragon, or capers or Basil; very delicate salads: rose petals; cooked vegetables: garlic, bay leaf and pepper; Pisces: garlic and Chervil; raw meats: raspberries; Marinades: Juniper.
