Salad of green apples, bacon and sesame
Instructions
Wash thoroughly, and take segments detorsolate Apple.
Peel the two salads, wash them, dry them and dice them.
Gather these ingredients in a salad bowl.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and FRY in a nonstick pans.
Toasted in a skillet, warm 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
Dress the salad with a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a balsamic vinegar.
Complete with Diced Bacon and toasted sesame seeds.
Stir and bring to the table.

- 1 green apple
- 200 g of belgian endive salad (endive)
- 200 g of salad
- 50 g of speck
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
