Hake salad
Instructions
Let thaw fillets of hake, or scongelateli using the microwave.
Wash the potatoes and put it to cook with Peel and 2 cups of water in pressure cooker for 14 minutes.
Arrange the fillets flat in a baking dish and decorate with 4 tablespoons of milk.
Very lightly sprinkle the pretzels, then cook them in the microwave for 4 minutes at 3/4 power.
Meanwhile Wash spinach and cut into strips.
Emulsify into a bowl one teaspoon of mustard with 3 spoonfuls of oil, vinegar, a pinch of salt and some pepper.
Peel and slice the potatoes.
Break the fish and mix it with the sauce so that it mixes well.
Place in the Centre of the plate, surrounded by two vegetables and serve.

- 200 g of spinach
- 2 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
