Palm heart salad
Instructions
Drain the hearts of Palm and slice them.
Dice the avocado pulp and finely slice the cucumber.
Wash, dry and cut into strips the salad.
Put all the vegetables in a salad bowl, seasoning them with salt, oil, vinegar and a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Mix well and serve.

- 1 box of hearts of palm
- 1 avocado
- 1 head of witlof (endive)
- 1 cucumber
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
