Bread Salad (Insalata di Pane)
Instructions
Wash the Arugula and grinding it with his hands.
Soak the bread in water, then press it between your hands to remove the water and crumble in a salad bowl.
Combine tomatoes, deseeded and cut into cubes, Basil and Arugula.
Add salt, pepper and drizzle with oil.
Mix well and let rest a bit before serving.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes.

- 6 slices of stale tuscan bread
- 6 tomatoes
- 18 cherry tomatoes
- 1 sprig of basil
- 300 g of arugula salad
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
