Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, Peel, cut them into wedges.
Cook the zucchini slices in salted water for a few minutes.
Cut into cubes the avocado pulp and then drizzle with the lemon juice; cubed cheese and the tomatoes into wedges.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain, put it in a salad bowl, with all the ingredients.
Season with oil, salt and pepper.
Serve mayonnaise separately.

- 300 g of type pasta ditalini rigati
- 200 g of gruyere cheese
- 18 black olives
- 3 zucchini
- 2 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
- 2 small tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Strong mustard
- Olive oil
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
