Shrimp pasta salad
Instructions
Boil the farfalle in salted water until al dente, drain me put them under cold water.
Put them in a salad bowl.
Boil the shrimp separately, peas, asparagus in boiling salted water and drain.
Cut the asparagus into chunks and add all the ingredients to the dough.
In a bowl diluted mayonnaise with lemon juice, add the cream and stir well.
Seasoned pasta salad with this sauce and serve it cold setting if necessary with salt and pepper.

- 300 g of type paste butterflies
- 300 g of asparagus tips
- 100 g of peas
- 200 g of raw shrimp shelled and
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
