Instructions
Check the asparagus, wash carefully several times and boil them for a few minutes in salted water.
Almost al dente, drain and place in a baking dish greased with butter and sprinkled with cream.
Cover with cream, add curls of butter, pepper and spolverizzateli with little bread crumbs.
Afterwards, infornateli for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve immediately hot.
