Instructions
Carefully wash the potatoes, boil in lightly salted water for about 30 minutes, drain, let cool, peel them and cut them into cubes.
Place them in a bowl rather roomy and in the meantime, wash, Peel and slice cucumbers.
Wash well and cherry tomatoes when these ingredients are ready, add them in the bowl with the potatoes.
Add the drained tuna, garlic previously cleaned and rinsed, the capers, the pitted green olives, oregano, salt, olive oil extra virgin olive oil and stir gently.
Then, serve.

- 600 g of boiled potatoes
- 2 bottles of pitted green olives
- 350 g of tuna in olive oil
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tablespoons of capers
- Oregano
- 2 segments of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
