Potato salad with yoghurt
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted water, cook or steam.
When they are cooked peel them, let them cool, then thickly and place them in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the yoghurt with mayonnaise, add a bit of mustard, and season potatoes with this sauce.
Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 5 potatoes
- 1 jar of yoghurt (125 g pots)
- Mayonnaise
- Bit 1 of mustard
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt
