Potato salad and mussels
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, cut in cubes, boil to steam (about 20 minutes).
Raccoglietele in a salad bowl, combine the mussels, sprinkle fresh parsley chopped, seasoned with mayonnaise, stir gently, and serve.
