Fried green peppers salad
Instructions
Clean the peppers by eliminating the petiole, the interior seeds and pith.
Wash and dry them, cut them into fairly large pieces and let them FRY in a large frying pan in plenty of olive oil.
When they are cooked, but still al dente, remove them from the Pan and put them to drain on a paper towel.
Meanwhile put in hot oil the clove of garlic and coarsely chopped, washed away the pitted olives and capers.
Pour over the peppers.
Season with salt and chopped parsley.
Served hot.

- 4 green peppers
- 50 g of capers
- 100 g of pitted olives
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
