Duck breast salad
Instructions
Slice onion fine; chop Endive, radicchio and 1 orange, peeled.
Cut the duck breast (skinned) into strips 1 cm wide and 5 long and toss in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil; pour 1 orange juice and Cook 10 minutes.
Place in a warm serving dish surrounded by vegetables and oranges.
Season with oil, salt and vinegar.

- 600 g of duck breast
- 1 radicchio di treviso
- 2 belgian salads (endives)
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 2 oranges
- 2 teaspoons of flavored vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
