Instructions

Clean the Octopus by removing the eyes and beak.

Remove the entrails and the blisters with liquid black and yellow, then turn the bag and wash thoroughly the polyp.

Bring to boiling salted water, add the garlic, bay leaf, a few grains of pepper, Octopus and let it boil for about 1 hour.

Drain them, cut it into small pieces and let it cool.

Peel the celery, wash it and cut it into slices.

Collect in a bowl the Octopus, celery, pomegranate and beans seasoned with salad oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Serve very cold.
