Instructions
In a pan fateinsaporire chicken breast in oil and then reduce it to fillets; gather it all in a bowl and add celery, truffle and Parmesan cheese cut into thin flakes.
In a bowl mix, olive oil, salt, vinegar, diluitevi a spoonful of mustard and seasoned the chicken salad.

- 1 small white truffle
- 2 stalks of celery
- 50 g of thin cheese parmesan

- Salt
- Wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
