American-style chicken salad
Instructions
Remove the skin and cut chicken meat into strips.
Clean the celery cut into sticks.
Gather it all in a bowl.
Add the softened with cream mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Stir gently.
Arrange on serving dish.
Sprinkle with capers and olives.
Garnish with eggs into wedges and serve.
Accompanying wines: white wines are ideal structure: Collio Tocai DOC, Pomino Bianco DOC, Greco Di Tufo DOC.

- 300 g of cooked chicken
- 1 white celery
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 12 black olives
- Capers
- Salt
- Pepper
