The hawaiian chicken salad
Instructions
Put the chicken in a saucepan and cook with various aromas: Sage, Rosemary, garlic, salt, pepatelo.
When cooked let it cool very well, so spolpatelo and cut it into slices of 2/3 length cm.
Put it in a bowl and add the pineapple, cut into pieces, sliced chopped almonds, chopped celery, curry powder and seasoned with mayonnaise sauce.
Garnish with slices of lemon to pineapple intercalated and oranges.

Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1/2 chicken
- 50 cl of mayonnaise
- 4 slices of fresh pineapple (or pineapple)
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 2 stalks of celery
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some of toasted almonds
