Chicken salad alla siciliana
Instructions
Cut the chicken into cubes, clean the vegetables and cut them into thin slices, add olives and seasoned with vinegar, oil and salt.

- 1 cucumber
- 1 fresh onion
- 1 ripe tomato
- 200 g of pitted black olives
- Wine vinegar
