Almond chicken salad
Instructions
Boil and then dice the chicken meat.
Scrape the carrots, wash, dry and slice them fine.
Clean the mushrooms, wash and slice them.
Put the almonds in the oven at moderate heat for about 10 minutes to toast and chopping not too finely.
Dissolve the salt with lemon, then add the oil, a pinch of pepper and mix well.
Season with this sauce carrots, mushrooms, chopped onions and chicken, mixed together in a bowl.
Sprinkle with almonds and serve.

- 500 g of chicken breast
- 4 carrots
- 1/2 onion
- 1 handful of shelled almonds
- 1 lemon
- 100 g of cultivated mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
