Chicken salad with celery root
Instructions
Cut the chicken into strips and raccoglietele in a salad bowl.
Add the turnip-root celery cut into Matchstick, mayonnaise, yoghurt flavored with a little mustard and salt.
Stir gently and serve accompanying Wines: white wines are full-bodied ideals: Colli Orientali Del Friuli Sauvignon DOC, Torgiano Chardonnay DOC, Fiano Di Avellino DOC.
