Grapefruit salad and fava beans
Instructions
Shelled broad beans then let them boil; drain and deprive of the coating film.
Divide grapefruit in half and scavateli by extracting pulp thus: while they emptied keep them over a bowl to collect the juice, and preserved fruits means empty.
Made another film by eliminating juice cloves then extracts mixed in another bowl with the beans and chicory, lattughino, trimmed and coarsely shredded.
Pour the grapefruit juice into the Blender jar and add even half avocado, peeled and cut into chunks, 1/3 of a glass of water, a generous splash of Worcester and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Blend at maximum speed for about a minute, in order to obtain a thick sauce to dress the vegetables.
Distribute among the 6 means fruits blended with tomato washer, which should be ripe but hard.
Sprinkle with a tablespoon of chopped parsley and serve.

- 3 grapefruits
- 200 g of fresh fava beans
- 80 g of chicory salad
- 50 g of lattughino salad
- 1/2 avocado
- Tomato
- 1 splash of worcester sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
