Radish salad with yoghurt
Instructions
Wash the radishes, sbucciateli and cut them into thin slices.
Raccoglietele in a bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, stir and let stand 10 minutes.
Peel the Apple, divide into wedges, cut it into thin slices, mix with almost transparent radishes.
In a bowl mix the yogurt with a pinch of pepper and pour over radishes.
Stir and serve.

- 2 great white radishes
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 yoghurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
