Instructions
Cook the rice is al dente.
Season with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped onion.
Combine peppers, tomatoes, celery and mushrooms into small pieces, chopped chives and peanuts.
Stir briefly and place in refrigerator.
When serving add a little oil and chopped chives.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of rice
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Pepper
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 red pepper
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 ribs of celery
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 200 g of mushrooms
- Chives
- Salt
