Instructions
Boil rice, drain and season with pepper and olive oil.
Add the olives, capers, peppers and tomato all cut to pieces, peas, boiled carrots and cut into slices and the anchovies cut into pieces.
Let stand for 1 hour before serving garnish with hard-boiled eggs cut into slices, sausage and seasoned with lemon juice.

- 350 g of rice
- 100 g of peas
- 2 carrots
- 2 frankfurters
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 tablespoon of olives
- 5 anchovy fillets

- Lemon juice
