Rice salad with seafood
Instructions
Wash and shell the shrimp, boil them for 5 minutes in salted water.
Wash the seafood and have them open in a covered pan without water.
Prepare a sauce in a bowl with olive oil, finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, lemon juice and a tablespoon of water filtered seafood.
Boil the rice al dente, leave it to drain and season with the prepared sauce, sliced shrimp, seafood.
Leave to cool and serve.

- 300 g of rice
- 4 scampi
- 2000 g of mussels, clams, cockles
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped parsley
