Rice salad with tomato sauce
Instructions
Pass the tomatoes and FRY 2 cloves of garlic in 5 tablespoons of olive oil, add the sliced mushrooms and tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile boil the rice, drain and season with the sauce that you have prepared.
Serve decorated with black olives and pickled artichoke hearts.
