Instructions

Boil the rice al dente in salted water, pass it under running water and place in a salad bowl.

Peel the grapefruit, cut into cubes, add it to the rice, sprinkle with chopped parsley, pepper, drizzle with a sauce prepared by whisking together oil, salt and lemon juice and serve.
