Scampi and asparagus salad
Instructions
Boil the tails of shrimp, blanched asparagus tips and collect both in a salad bowl.
Add the Mache Salad.
Make a sauce by whisking olive oil and balsamic vinegar, diluitevi a spoon of mustard and a pinch of salt.
Pour flush on salad and serve.

- 16 asparagus tips
- 200 g of corn salad
- Olive oil
