Seafood Salad (Insalata di Scoglio)
Instructions
Boil shrimp and mullet, then shelled shrimp and the fish without bones.
Put everything in a bowl and add the celery and diced apples.
Chop the onion and boiled egg and pour into the bowl, adding the nuts, salt and pepper.
Serve garnished with mayonnaise.
