Celery Salad (Insalata di Sedano)
Instructions
Firm eggs, remove the shells and cut them into slices.
Clean the celery and cut into thin slices.
Mix the mayonnaise with the cognac and mustard and mix well.
Wash away the pepper and divide it into very thin strips.
Line with the eggs 4 cups transparent walls, add celery seasoned with prepared sauce and sprinkle with paprika.

- 6 eggs
- 1 costa of tender white celery
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cognac
- 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
