Mackerel salad
Instructions
Cut into wedges and FRY shallots in a pan with 5 tablespoons oil.
Add a tablespoon of sugar and a satin of vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add a pinch of oregano and cook until a thick sauce.
Slice the spring onions.
Wash the soncino and radishes and cut them into thin slices.
Together the vegetables in a salad bowl.
Add the mackerel fillets chopped and seasoned with sweet and sour shallots and their sauce.
Stir gently and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of soncino salad (salad or lamb's lettuce)
- 3 cipollotti novelli
- 6 radishes
- 2 shallots
- 300 g of mackerel fillets in olive oil
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
