Spinach salad (2)
Instructions
Wash the spinach, cut them into strips and place in a salad bowl.
Vigorously mix the oil with vinegar, yoghurt, cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
Combine the walnuts chopped spinach, chopped shallots, pour the sauce, stir and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of young spinach
- 6 walnut kernels
- 1 shallot
- 2 tablespoons of thick yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
