Turkey salad (2)
Instructions
In a bowl, put the Turkey (steamed and removed lengthwise of the flesh), celery, onion, almonds, tomatoes and slices of Apple.
In another bowl, mix the other ingredients, except the pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.
Only after holding serve in the refrigerator the salad for 1 or 2 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of turkey breast
- 2 stalks of celery slices
- 100 G = = sliced red onion
- 200 g almond of plate
- 2 green apples sliced small
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 100 g of sultanas
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 125 g of philadelphia cheese at room temperature
- 70 g of yoghurt skinny
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper
