Cooked vegetable salad
Instructions
Cut all vegetables chopped by 5 mm (except peas) and bollitele separately.
Seared tofu for a few minutes, when it is cold in my hands and squeeze it, filter it with the vegetable mill.
Then cut the olives into slices and mix all ingredients.
If you want, you can add a little pepper or soy sauce (shoyu).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of tofu
- 100 g of peas
- 50 g of carrots
- 50 g of celery
- 8 radishes
- 50 g of cauliflower
- 20 g of black olives
- 1 teaspoon of salt
