Instructions

Cut into slices tomatoes and hearts of Palm; cut Avocados in half, remove the flesh and cut it into slices, then put them in the lemon juice until they become black.

Peel the grapefruit and cut into four.

Put all these ingredients in a salad bowl and garnish with black olives dressing with a sauce made from olive oil, mustard, salt, vinegar and lemon juice.
