Instructions
Clean and chop the mushrooms and radishes.
Combine the lettuce cut into strips and the Parmesan cheese cut into thin slices.
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and mustard.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 200 g of fresh porcini mushrooms
- 2 bundles of radishes
- Fresh lettuce salad
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
