Gran paradiso salad
Instructions
4 beautiful cut apples in half, scoop out leaving only a thin layer of flesh close to the skin and rinse them, to keep them white, cold water with lemon juice.
Diced celery-cut white, fontina cheese and Apple pulp.
Shuffle slightly whipped cream with mayonnaise, flavored with mustard and Worcestershire sauce and seasoned with this sauce previously prepared compound.
Fill the previously drained apples and sprinkle them with a little chopped parsley.

- 1 white celery
- 200 g of fontina cheese
- 1 glass of cream
