Instructions
Cut sliced beets and onions.
Chop separately the egg whites and yolks of eggs.
Seasoned separately beets and onions; arrange on a plate with alternating slices.
In the Middle put the egg white and egg yolk.
Dressed with a sauce made by mixing lemon juice, pepper, salt, mustard and oil; decorated with chopped parsley.

- 350 g of beets
- 150 g of onions
- Chopped parsley
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 1 lemon
- Pepper
- Salt
- Mustard
- Olive oil
