Hungarian salad
Instructions
Combine 200 g potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, 100 gr.
of boiled beans, a green pepper, a cucumber and a tomato red meats, a heart of lettuce cut into strips and a boiled egg slices.
Drizzle with 2 yolks of eggs crushed and processed with a glass of olive oil and flavoured with salt, pepper and a tablespoon of mustard.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
