Sea and countryside salad
Instructions
Drain and rinse the beans.
Clean, wash and dry the vegetables.
Cut the leek into rings, slice the celery and cut into strips the chicory.
Crumble the tuna.
Put everything in a bowl.
Blend in the mixer basil, mint and anchovy then combine mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce and pour it over the salad.
Mix well.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of canned cannellini beans
- 170 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 leek
- 1 heart of celery
- 2 bunches of chicory salad
- Fresh basil
- Fresh mint
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
