Instructions
Separately, Cook potatoes, carrots and peas in salted water to a boil.
Cut into cubes carrots and potatoes, artichokes into wedges, dipping them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
In a large bowl together all the vegetables, add the diced cheese, seasoned with olive oil beaten previously with salt, pepper and lemon juice, stir gently.
Decorated with hard-boiled eggs cut into wedges and pitted olives.

- 2 carrots
- 100 g of shelled peas
- 8 green olives
- 8 black olives
- 100 g of dutch type cheese
- 2 hardboiled eggs
