Instructions
Cook potatoes in water, then Peel and cut into cubes.
Cut the peppers into strips.
In a bowl, place potatoes, boiled rice, peppers, olives, onions, capers and all around place tomatoes cut in half.
Apart from stirring the sauce, prepared mustard, olive oil, white wine, salt and pepper, then pour over vegetables.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 potatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of rice
- 6 pickled onions
- 100 g of green olives
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 glass white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Wine vinegar
- Pepper
