Insalata novella the carasau bread
Instructions
Wash the salad and watercress.
Peel, wash and cut into thin slices carrots and courgettes and put all vegetables in a large bowl.
Divide the carasau bread into 12 slices.
Leaning over to each piece a thin slice of cheese.
Passed everything under the grill of the oven until the cheese melts.
Mix in a bowl 5 tablespoons of oil with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread over 4 stories the salad plates with watercress, carrots and courgettes and pour over the dressing.
Completed with the carasau bread with cheese still piping hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of short stories mixed salad
- 2 zucchini
- 2 small carrots
- 100 g of watercress
- 2 sheets of carasau bread
- 100 g of goat cheese
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
