Parisian salad
Instructions
Wash well the salad and grate the celery; Peel the beets and affettatela.
Put everything in a pot splitting three vegetables.
Decorate with olives and lemon slices and seasoned with vinegar, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of lettuce salad
- 150 g of celery
- 150 g of beets
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 black olives
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
