Instructions
Wash the Arugula and bean sprouts, drain them well and place in a salad bowl.
Add the leeks, cut the tomatoes into wedges and seedless, black olives and cheese into cubes.
Apart from lemon juice emulsified with salt, pepper and oil, pour over salad and mix carefully.
Garnish with the Basil.
Ideal to accompany grilled meats or eggs.

- 500 g of arugula salad
- 200 g of bean sprouts
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 60 g of black olives
- 100 g of leeks
- 100 g of cheese
- Basil
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
