Relaxing salad
Instructions
Prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients listed.
Wash and dry in a salad, slice the spring onions and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Mix all ingredients and serve with the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 fresh onions
- 200 g of boiled oats
- 200 g of tofu (soy cheese)
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 150 g of mixed salad (watercress, mache salad, lettuce salad)
- Some leaves of basil
- For the sauce:
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Sea salt
- Balsamic vinegar
