Russian salad with thermomix
Instructions
Put the mayonnaise in a bowl.
Without washing the mixing bowl add water, vinegar, salt, carrots diced then cut the potatoes into cubes, always the peas and cook for 25 minutes at room temperature 100 degrees speed 1, for cooked al dente.

Consistent batter is mayonnaise with capers and pickles.

- Mayonnaise
- 400 g of medium potatoes
- 300 g of carrots
- 300 g of boiled peas (or frozen peas)
- 60 g of various pickles
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 900 g of water
- 10 cl of wine vinegar
