Swedish salad
Instructions
Chopped herring and fillets, diced veal meat, potatoes, apples, peeled and beet.
Pour everything into a bowl and then add the spring onion into thin slices, mix well.
Put in refrigerator and let it sit over night.
When serving cover the bottom of a dish with lettuce leaves take mixed salad mayonnaise to mix well all ingredients and pour over the lettuce.
Garnish with sprigs of mayonnaise, chopped hard-boiled egg, capers and green olives.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of smoked herring fillets
- 200 g of boiled veal
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 2 sweet green apples
- 1 cooked beet
- 1 onion
- Some leaves of lettuce salad
- For garnishing:
- Mayonnaise
- == 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- Capers
- Green olives
