Warm potato salad
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, peel them and still hot place in a salad bowl.
Join hot beans, Arugula and celery finely chopped.
Season with salt, vinegar and olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve warm with bread toasted slightly.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 ladle of lamon beans already boiled
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 coasts of white celery
- Chopped parsley
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt
