Warm chicken salad
Instructions
After cleaning the chicken breasts if you make it, Cook fillets in chicken broth at a temperature not exceeding 80 degrees for 3 or 4 minutes; you remove from the fire and are undisturbed for 20 minutes.
Prepare the salad on plates and arrange the Cedar, walnuts, raisins, pine nuts and carrots.
With oil, lemon, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper is preparing the sauce and seasoned the salad.
Cut the breasts and arrange over salad and serve with remaining sauce.
